OBP (Obat Batuk Peppermint) Itrasal merupakan obat untuk meredakan batuk yang disertai oleh dahak. Setiap 5 ml OBP Itrasal mengandung : 1. Amonium Klorida yang bersifat sebagai agen ekspektoran dalam obat batuk. Efek ekspektoran akan bekerja dengan cara mengiritasi mukosa bronkial yang mempermudah pengeluaran dahak. 2. Amonia liquid dan Oleum Menthae Piperithiae memberikan efek langsung terhadap saluran pernafasan supaya terasa lebih segar.
